What does preventative maintenance service cover?
Preventative maintenance (PM) service covers all travel expenses, travel time and labor for the PM visits. Service provided includes checkout, inspection, alignment and repair up to 8 hour maximum per visit. Phone support for a maximum of one hour phone.
Do you provide remote diagnostics?
We provide remote diagnostics access to your instrument and software by a qualified service representative for troubleshooting software and hardware.
What about the up time for our equipment?
We know customers are concerned about the up time for their instruments being available. At XRPM, you have confidence in our field engineer’s ability to keep your instrument operating efficiently.
Do you handle upgrades?
Upgrades are performed at the customer’s request.
